Certification has been carefully designed to benefit both your employees and your business. Training is based on best practice, role-specific and differs depending on your employees’ previous experience with our software. A proven understanding of best practice and how to apply it not only improves your employees’ effectiveness, it will also help improve the overall performance of your business and at the same time, their reputation within it.


Levels of Certification

Training is role-specific and differs depending on your previous experience with our software. Upon completion of your Learning Journey, your staff will achieve certification as recognition of their skills and competence.

New Customers or Sales, Vehicle and Marketing Users

If your employees have never used Autoline Rev 8 or you specialise in Sales, Vehicles or Marketing, we recommend that you complete the Standard Learning Journey. Using a combination of self-paced, instructor-led and internet based learning; we make sure your employees have all the skills necessary to carry out your job effectively.  

Existing Customers or Accounts, Parts or Service Users

If your employees have previous experience of Autoline Rev 8 or you specialise in Accounts, Parts or Service, then you will need to complete the Existing Customer Learning Journey. We know your staff already have a good grasp of our software and with this in mind, this course aims to plug any knowledge gaps and provides them with an opportunity to practice and update their skills.
